The Grand Ballroom holds a full lighting rig, a real stage, and the kind of PA that a corporate brand event or product launch wants when the reveal needs a room-filling moment. The room has professional in-house production, an experienced technical team, and everything a full-scale corporate takeover needs on stage. Julie feeds directly into house sound via wired XLR, joins a production call with the venue's AV lead before large events, and travels with a self-contained backup rig if the client is bringing outside production instead of using the house system.

- W-9 on file. Invoicing and purchase orders welcome, net 30 available. Contracts through Julie Schatz Music LLC.

- Feeds into house PA via wired XLR. Full self-contained rig available if outside production is running the room. Rider and stage plot provided in advance.

- Comfortable working with in-house AV or outside production teams. Julie joins a pre-event production call to walk through cues and run of show.

Corporate engagements at Webster Hall begin at $3,000 and are quoted individually based on format, duration, guest count, and production requirements. Webster Hall is a corporate/production venue; wedding bookings there are quoted individually since they typically include production elements.
