December is Julie's tightest calendar. Bookings for corporate holiday parties should come in by October at latest for weekend dates, and September if the event is on a Saturday in mid-December. Weeknight parties (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) hold longer into the season.

Julie signs event NDAs same-day, issues certificate of insurance within 48 hours naming the venue as additional insured, and works with the client's catering, AV, and production teams on run-of-show coordination. Custom holiday-song arrangements (a client company song, a brand jingle for a walk-on moment) are available with 4-6 weeks of lead time.
